sure, i believe it happens. but car accidents occur a lot more w/cellphones, makeup, eating -- anything that takes your attention away from the road. trying to demonize bud like that soley caused the incident is bullshyt. living in cali, people are driving high every day, so how do you explain most of the car accidents being caused by sober drivers?
