I was seriously beginning to think that I was the only one that realized this. I think that the reason that we keep thinking that the next generation is getting more and more sexualized is because we always notice the best-looking (aka early developed to look a few years older) sixteen and seventeen year olds and follow what they do and say. Of course they're gonna get pounced on early on if they're good looking, and they're probably going to have older guys that want a tight-bodied young hottie to bang, which is going to bring them into the spotlight of whatever these older cats are doing. Often if they're in the entertainment industry, whatever even mildly sexual stuff they find themselves in the middle of is going to be magnified.
I definitely remember at how much my parents were freaking out over my generation was getting "overly sexual." I was wondering when I'd become so lame. Being aware of it causes me to remember three things:
- What a giant virginly dork I was freshman year of high school and that there were many others like me.
- There were people that did indeed hold out and didn't succumb to media influence that told them they absolutely had to lose their virginities before college.
- There is always going to be a group of people that wants to do things differently from what's perceived as the norm. If it seems like everyone is super sexualized, they're going to try and differentiate themselves by not being super sexualized.
On top of all of this... why should what high school kids do earn our judgment? I mean, if they're going around without protection I get that... but teens have sex, especially if they're good looking. They wanna experiment with one another, and it's been this way for generations. Is this a shock to anyone here?

Exactly. Very few remember the quiet kids, the nice kids, the good kids. It always seems to be only the kids considered the most "outrageous" that are remembered.
Are you saying you find that video sexual? 
I know what you mean, trust me I'm a parent, but I'm wondering when did this change from waaaay back in the day when grown ass men were marrying, and enpregnating 12, and 13 year olds. Ish is wild to think about, but they were really takin advantage of lil girls back in the days.

As much as we dump on the kids of today, they really weren't as bad as my generation or the generation above mine. All of that blood and crip stuff was going on when I was growing up. You really couldn't go to a carnival or the mall without some kind of fight going on. These new kids may be more sexual, but they are way more laid back and don't act up nearly to the extent they did when I was coming up, which is a great thing.
Back then if you black, you had to mean mug and had to be a caricature. You couldn't do "white " things without being called a sellout
