I think OP is mixing up "lazy eye" with "Ptosis," a lazy eye is an eye that doesn't move in accordance with the other eye, "ptosis" is when the eye lid is weak droops, giving an uneven look to the eye.
Tracee Ellis Ross has ptosis.
I also have a really mild form of it.
