Damn, the obvious retort is that nearly 90% of white homicide victims are killed by white people. Yet no one is talking about a "crisis" of white on white crime. I don't have the numbers but I'd imagine the vast majority of Hispanics are killed by Hispanics too.

Also why did Guiliani have to make it a black and white issue. I recall cities like New York/ Newark having rather large percentage of latinos in it, the same latinos that love to use the n-word a lot. The fact is police fear the black man more than they fear any other race so with that fear you will get "accidental" shootings, choke holds, and 51 bullets as a reaction to that fear which is inflicted far worst than any other race
