John Lynch finessed the shut out the Bears front office got us then player we wanted and more picks next year. He also traded one of our early thirds for another 2nd rounder next year which gives us 5 picks in 3 rounds if I'm not mistaken.
Solomon Thomas and Reuben Foster are going to be day 1 starters and if they're not elite they will be long time starters.
Akhello Witherspoon is a long rangy CB who will be a good compliment to Rashard Robinson.
I think we reached for Beathard but Shanahan believes in him he may be a better pro than college player. I also thought there were better RBs than Joe Williams still on the board in the 4th round but Shanahan likes his speed. George Kittle was the steal in this draft. At worst he'll start as our 2nd TE.
Everyone else was a good value but we needed to get another pass rush specialist and we should have grabbed another safety as we could use the depth but there are always UDFAs.
We have a lot of holes but we upgraded significantly with our free agent signings and draft.

C+ for the Giants. Didn't address the running back problem or offensive line problem early
Grading right after the draft is stupid in my opinion.
Mainly because I know I've been quick to jump the gun and call a rookie a bust only for him to make me eat my words two years later. As a dolphins fan I called Ronnie Brown a bust his first year mainly because Cadillac Williams was so much better. Brown made me shove those words down my own throat the very next year. I was also celebrating Dion Jordan when we got him. We all know how that f@ggot ended up
