From a leadership perspective I think losing Rondo will hurt.
He wasn't afraid to step to Lebron.

I know people want Kuz to be better than he actually is, but people have to realize that he was a second round pick (edit: late first round pick). He wasn't expected to be as good as he has, and he's honestly exceeded expectations.
With that being said, it's time to trade his ass while his value is still somewhat high off of this ring. Get a playmaker, defensive help, or a perimeter shooter for him and whatever throwaways you gotta include
