They were barely beating bad teams with him in the lineup. Of course he helps but he doesn't make that big of a difference
that's a completely different situation. they were barely beating bad teams because it was an effort issue. they knew the talent on the team was enough to propel them to win at the end and that's why they were beating those bad teams. we would go up big and they would put their foot down, thats a sign of a team thats disinterested and careless. at one point this team was 21-6 so what are y'all even saying. this team was winning and was winning a lot and had the best record in the league for the majority of the season

Even with AD this team ain’t beating nobody in 5 breh
Not to make excuses for this squad, but the Lakers are gassed. Outjumped on tip drills, jumpers are short and flat. I guess it was unrealistic to expect them to carry on that momentum from the bubble on a short turnaround.
