It at least shows that we’ve got some tremendous depth which if we hadn’t had it we’d be in a much worse free fall. I really do want Vogel to figure things out though because we’ve got some great guys on this team.

I agree but with Drummond playing the 5, Trezz is playing the 4, AD is playing small ball 5 at times and Bron playing small ball 4, where are kieffs minutes?

Trezz is not getting benched over Kieff even tho that could be the best option. trezz seems like an emotional dude that would ruin the locker room.

Honestly, I think it’s gon be like last year and be matchup based. But that might be tough since Trezz tryna get his bag as is Dre. I would hope it’s like last year and the philosophy is based on winning and not petty politics.

It's a credit to Vogel and the coaching staff that we never hear about anyone bytching about minutes. The Gasol quote was just an honest reaction but he isn't pouting about it. He was still ready to play and produced when Drummond got hurt.

I will say MAYBE the plan is to just play AD at 25 to 30 mins and hope we get by. At least until the WCF(or whenever they play the Clippers)/Finals.

Yeah Kieff can’t be out of the rotation once those guys come back. He has been consistent since the All Star break and shooting well. He actually gets the offense going in the 1Q while Drummond was out.

I actually like that, we can ease the minutes up as we progress in the playoffs. That might help offset losing the easy cushion of the top seed.

Lakers gotta play it smart with AD. At least the remainder of the regular season. I'd keep his mins in the 20s.
