I think things got weird after he was hell bent on staying home instead of going into the bubble, only to watch Carusso take his spot and the Lakers not miss a beat while winning the tittle. I think he basically became expendable to the Lakers.

Yeah for only $5 million a year I would've been cool with signing Bradley and letting KCP walk if he's going to be too expensive. But for real having both would've been the right play. I'm way more sold on an Avery Bradley/KCP starting back court over Matthews and whoever they have starting with him. I don't love the Montrez signing as much as everybody else even if the Lakers got him at a discount. Dude was horrible in that Nuggets series and unplayable. He's a huge liability on defense. I think Shroeder alone plus Kuz would be enough punch off the bench.

I would've rather they kept all three of KCP/Bradley/Dwight and used that midlevel or part of it on someone else. But won't judge too heavy until we see how the rest of this offseason plays out.
