Rose is redundant with Schroeder in the lineup, especially when you're trying to develop THT too. It's just that no one predicted Schoeder would continuously violate Covid restrictions and not get vaccinated.
It's crazy what Vogel has done with this defense. AD was out and it was still cooking. Bron is out and its still cooking. And all without an elite defensive 5 or great defensive depth either. If the Lakers get anywhere this year it will be heavily dependent on the defense Vogel has built with this team.
Blazers finish with Jazz-Suns-Nuggets.
Mavs finish with Pelicans-Raptors-Timberwolves.

Would love a Lakers/Knicks Finals but maybe next year. Thibs got them together and Randle/Rose/RJ ballin but we all know they not beating Nets or 76ers in a series. They may can win a couple games tho.

If 2-1 is enough for the Blazers and Mavs to advance then Lakers have no choice but to play in play-in tournament
Blazers may have a tough schedule remaining, but I could see a team like Jazz resting their guys. Most likely they are #1 in the west anyways.

Bruh no one is scared of the Clippers. I do think there'd be some rust to play thru but Lakers with all their guys back are working the Clippers...
