McKinnie is a wing defender, sort of.

Bell is pure garbage.

He's definitely not a upgrade over Dwight on the defensive end. Dwight had better instincts and even though he loss a step he was still very athletic for a big man. This dude Gasol was barely able to move in the bubble. I know he will be good against the occasional big like Embiid but can he grind though most of the regular season so AD doesn't have to play Center? I guess that's what they have Trez for though?
Gasol is one of the best post defenders in NBA history, even at his advanced age he's proven to give stars like Embiid fits. He's not as good of a switch defender as Dwight but his drop coverage is still valuable. He's not an athletic specimen but he's a smart defender and is useful against the best bigs in the league. Dwight was great in the regular season but his play tapered off dramatically in the playoffs aside from the Nuggets series. Imo when you factor in Gasol's offense and floor spacing capabilities he's an upgrade.

Remember you only need dude to play 15-20 minutes a night, I can see him being revitalized in LA.

Real talk I never saw a championship team with this many moves and still be the overwhelming favorite

refresh my memory if there are better examples
The '95 Rockets is the best comparison but they actually were ass after the Drexler trade and went 16-18 with him, then came together in the playoffs.
