wasn't just talking about him, the whole package...not one guy is close to Lavine in terms of talent and if you are saying Lavine is not a winner then what winning are those guys gonna do without two top 5 players?

Lavine is an slightly overrated chucker. Yeah he is skilled offensively but between KCP, Kuz, and Schroeder we don’t need anything that he brings. They need a elite defender that can defend the pick and roll and alter shots. If you put a guy like that next to AD and the defense would be beautiful.

That's exactly where I'm at with it. The team looks great. AD and Lebron aren't having to do too much every night since they have a great balance. Even if they don't get a big I'm not too worried. Just Gasol alone should be enough. When thinking to last year's playoffs they basically stopped playing McGee all together and Howard around 15-20 a game when he actually played. The only matchup AD at 5 won't be enough will be against Denver.

I didn't say they should trade for him, both teams will say no. Those guys bring nothing to Chicago and LaVine would take away the depth advantage.
