4 choices

1. do what you feel is your calling/do what you're into

2.fukk everything and just make money , fukk your passions, just go where the money is at

3.become an addict

4.post on the coli everyday till you figure out what direction you want to go in

:yeshrug:

Don't let another persons life lesson teach your personally.

Don't stick your hand in a lion's face and get made when he bites you.

Friendliness and familiarity ain't the same

If there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can do you no harm

Save money

I'm 21, I'm going to graduate next year but I was raised in the streets tho

Marketing major and I'm from the A

I know I can get a decent gig. My problem is I don't want some office job or some computer based gig.

I'm very interested in the music industry tho

Have you done any work in that field yet? What aspect of music? Marketing? Management? Studio?

As an even younger breh heres some advice:

Don’t become obsessed with trying to collect advice and information from many sources

Listen those you think are wise and then trust your gut and instinct to come to your own conclusions.

Otherwise you will be confused and procrastinate and you may aswell have had no advice at all.
I needed to read this.

But I'm scared to trust my gut and instinct lol

-Start saving early, and set up an IRA. That doesn't mean you can't spend money and have fun, but you will be glad you set up an IRA when you're in your 60's.

-Don't always put other people before you. Look out for yourself first.

-If you make some mistakes or have made some big mistakes, don't keep thinking about the past. That will eat you alive and prevent you from ever reaching the level of success you want too.

Good luck.:salute:.

It’s served me well the past few weeks.
I’ve been in a different space and minus a few ups and downs, I’ve been more focused and productive with actual direction.

I refrain from talking about important things with people who are negative, don’t have good advice or just cause confusion and anxiety, even my own mother.

The posters on here who I particularly find wise are @CorporateTrapper @Hennessypapi and @hostsamurai and most people on here have some insightful stuff to say but if fundamentally you must work on trusting yourself.

I'm a self taught audio engineer. I also song write and rap. But I'm also intested in the marketing and A&R-n.

Go get experience. Find out if you’re any good. Get better. Dedicate yourself to it. Don’t get sidetracked with women, parties or bullshyt.
