I used to think they did it because of that. But, nah.

One of my old tenants was a BW with a WM. He lived OFF her and her benefits. And used to beat her ass weekly and get called racial slurs.

I had to evict they nasty ass -- and left my house in a fukked up state. Everything was in her name -- and had to take her to court for unpaid rent. His ass didn't even show up - just her and her mixed kids.

I have seen BW with just the lowest of the low WM.

Them saying they want money is an excuse.
