To be honest, the NFL could say "fukk all black people, die slow!" and they would not have a difficult time finding people to perform and play (yes, including black people).

Look at the history of slavery and no reparations of any kind. Jews got them....blacks? Nah. And we still chilling like it's no big deal. We are so easily pacified. The anthem itself written by a slave owner that had to be amended cuz it shyts on slaves. And black people singing that anthem with 100% energy. You can't make this shyt up.

Completely neutralized as a group.

Exactly this is a once in a lifetime chance for her to put on for her city on the biggest stage in the world.

not even that, let's really think about this "boycott" from a black people perspective, what was the end game of it all?
to get Kap back in the league. but what does that change? Does that automatically mean the owners aren't racist? nope. so now your martyr is back to playing for the same racist and the boycotters are now back to supporting what they once had a problem with. So how deep was it to begin with? Whole thing lacked direction.
Watch what you want to watch, do what you want to do as long as you aren't hurting anybody.

All these questions. We never gonna be united on anything. Ever. Too dependent. Too forgiving.

Unite for real causes and purposes, not things as trivial as a player playing not playing football.

A player, unlike Gladys, risked everything to bring attention to the numerous blacks brutalized and murdered at the hands of the police. A cause I think we can all believe in. The league decided to phase him out and silence him.

You think we should all just forget about that? I mean, the league is doing what has been happening to any black person trying to make some noise. It has happened throughout history and we're like "cool" and move on.

Not asking anyone to boycott or whatever, but to say this isn't a real cause is bogus. We just aren't united like that, period. Trump STILL has black supporters. Enough said. We aren't tight like that. You really think if Edelman did this shyt for a Jewish cause, Jews would be chilling? Nope. We're easily pacified. Owners threw some dollars at some causes and on with the show.

Why not boycott are uprise against the real culprits...the police!
That's who you unite against. The NFL was wrong in blackballing Kap but they weren't the cause of him kneeling.

It is a bit disappointing that no one took the opportunity to show some level of solidarity with Colin Kaepernick last night.

It's not really a boycott if you continue to buy the latest Madden, watch anything on ESPN, CBS, Fox, buy Nikes, or purchase anything from companies that advertise with the NFL. Ratings might go down but the NFL is still making money. I understand why people are boycotting but what exactly is the end game?
