Why is he worth that much, he never proved to be a true receiving threat.

Never had over 1000 yards or 6 td's as a WR in any year.

His best asset is in the return game

Sure if you just look at his receiving yards he isn't worth it... But if you factor in his rushing stats, return stats, AND receiving stats, dude was a beast. The vikings offensive coordinator was horrible... Musgrave didn't know how to use him correctly. Not to mention he hasn't had a good franchise QB to play with since . Dude is going to be deadly on Seattle with a mobile QB and we will definitely see his best receiving stats that he has ever had as long as he stays healthy... As a Vikes fan I hate to see him go because we don't know how good he could be due to how misused he was in our offense. Dude can run more than just bubble screens.. Our offensive Coordinator is trash and Ponder was scared as fukk in the pocket.. Russel and Percy together with Beastmode in the backfield will terrorize the NFC west.

its tough parting with a first round pick, but when you have drafted in the middle rounds like they have in the last few seasons, theres no reason to think they cant still improve with their middle round picks, plus they can still make additions in FA. with how good seattles GM has been, i will gladly roll with his decision here

Browner is probably gone after his contract but I hope we have room for Kam Chancellor.

This year is a make or break year for Ponder seeing as though it is the final year of his contract, so we have options even if he doesn't pan out... Dude is improving..

Having Cap room, making the playoffs the previous year, and having options is a great situation for the Vikes...

Not to mention we're probably signing Mike Wallace or Greg Jennings in Free agency...
