The only person stopping Percy from reaching his full potential is Percy. If he's focused, he's one of the best players in the league. But that's his problem, he hasn't been focused...and this goes back to his days at Florida.

Basically, Seattle just gave up 3 picks for "potential". Unless Pete plans on letting Percy dictate the rules (which is what he did at Florida), this is going to blow up in his face.
