It's not like he's wrong. When things go sour, they wont be turning on their prodigal son, nor will they be turning on their 22 year old pg.

Nah...if it came to that, kyrie would catch it too...trust and believe...actually think he's first in line for that firing squad of blame and having his standing as a player diminished...bron and love should mesh perfectly offensively, kyrie I'm thinking not so much... he's gonna be the "bosh" of this new big 3, but without a fraction of cb's defensive impact...anything short of a chip and he's gonna basically get treated like larry hughes when he played with bron

Irving = Wade
No. 23 = No. 23

The Wolves failure to make the playoffs as well as defense are the two things regularly thrown out there when people look to crown Love already. Only difference now is he'll be on a contender and not asked to carry as much of the load offensively while still getting a max deal. I can think of worse predicaments. :yeshrug:

I wonder if Taylor dwelled on Love's defensive deficiencies and injuries when negotiating the trade :sas2:

Irving = Wade
No. 23 = No. 23
Love = Bosh

Naw Bron is Wade in this situation. He's Teflon. It's his hometown. It's the storybook and he's got two rings already. Love is Bron. The talented, outsider, with big numbers who couldn't get over the hump previously. Obviously he's not as good as Bron and he won't be usurping him as best player on the team any time soon but it's the closest comparison. Irving is Bosh. Talented player on bad teams who will be asked to change his game the most. Same people calling him a brittle loser before will be championing him as top 5 dead or alive now :heh:.

I disagree. I think Irving and No. 23 will have the ball in their hands the most (similar to Miami) and Love will be forced to adjust, but we'll see

I'm not talking about the skillset :snoop:

They're actually closer in skillset than in the context you're talking about (similar offensive skill set, but wade being better at it)...cavs brass and some of the fans had already started cooling on him last season...as far as how "credit and blame" is gonna be passed out on this team, kyrie's gonna be at the bottom far as their big 3 go...if he had trouble meshing with fukking dion waiters, he's gonna overhaul his entire approach to the game playing offball with bron...as is, he's one of the worse spot up shooters in the league...not as explosive in the open court as wade and nowhere approaching the defender (things that helped diminish the impact of wade and bron not being perfect matches offensively, particularly in the half court)...if things don't go perfect in cleveland, kyrie's gonna have the bullseye on him

Well if he fukking put some established talent with the guy, he wouldn't have asked for a trade to fukking Cleveland.
