So they'd rather appeal to the men who AREN'T attracted to them. Makes a lot of sense when you remove the logic out of it.

Very sad indeed because Glorilla looked mad cute naturally.
All she needed was a group of natural sistas teach her how to take care of and manage her natural Black hair.
I hate how prevalent and widespread the false idea of Black hair being “unmanageable” is in media.
It’s pure anti-Blackness and speaks more to the failure of families not teaching how Black hair works to their children…
Black hair is not supposed to act like Indian or European hair because we BLACK.

you sound like a bytch. It actually is unmanageable once it's long, especially the closer you are to 4c. And I'm saying this as an ordinarily hotep poster.
Black women are right, breh. We speak from a place of privilege as dudes in this regard because we can have a low fade or be bald and call it good. Our masculinity or handsomeness standards are independent of our heads.
I used to be one of the "natural hair is the only hair" kind of guys, until I experimented with growing my hair out during covid. It was some absolute bullsht with all the extra combing, sleeping styles, hair-product, special soaps, special oils , etc . Totally not worth it, and I ended up just going back to the low fade after the experience.
So for most black women, I genuinely think it's unmanageable. After my own experience, I can't fault them for weaves. But the caveat for glo is that at her income level, she should be able to have dozens of other people manage it for her.
