I've peeped from the jump that's the way it is with these types. Star Jones from that talkshow The View had the gastric surgery back in like 2007. The minute she reappeared her entire persona shifted from humble to being a lofty woman with high standards. She reeled D.Wade into her net in the prime of his career lol.

It's either they'll remain truly grounded after the full makeover or they're going to be out for vengeance and seek every bit of attention they never could receive pre makeover.
