Handle travel and itineraries for Glo-arrangements including ground transportations, flights, hotels and other arrangements to ensure smooth travel for all
Coordinate saftey protocols with the road manager, security, and drivers
Travel with Glo to both business and personal related events
Organize meals schedule grocery shop, mail pickup
Run various errands during the week and some weekends
File and keep track of wardrobe and reciepts on occasion
Manage personal belongings, wardrobe schedule. Make sure Glo has related pieces for events
Pack and unpacking suitcases during travel, keeping clothing and personal items when traveling
Attend weekly team meetings

I haven 100 percent done low paid grunt work that lead to bigger opportunities and great experiences. Say you’re a young producer or stylist or something. If you’re using this as a spring board who knows what you can get going for yourself. Not saying this is going to be a career but may meet that person who will hire you at a label. I definitely wouldn’t shoot it down so fast.

What should happen is that her parent label or CMG should just give her an assistant and take it out her pay.

That's probably what's happening. It's why I can understand people saying rappers aren't rich like that.

If she is not rich like that, she should let her label continue taking care of it. She probably looked at a breakdown of what she was receiving and thought she could cut the middle man out to get a bigger return. That shyt only works when you're big enough to pay the going rate of the people the middle man employs.
