Marriage is 100% an outcome of partner choices and what one makes of it (i.e. make sure you live with your girl before you marry her, make sure she loves you, make sure she's educated, etc, all these things contribute to marriage).

The most married peoples on Earth happen to be the richest and most prosperous. Ironically Black Americans need marriage to increase their outcomes and this propaganda harms--not helps--black people. In black countries most everyone is encouraged to get married and be faithful. This is good for black people, families, men and women.
