man that was almost 2 years ago, so no big deal. that said, it depends on the situation. if u both come in with nothing and have kids, ur gonnna struggle to build up that bread. once u get older or middle age, that's when u really hit your stride for earning.

as for me, I got the house, and to cut a HUGE check at the time, and I keep doing my thing. its very easy to bag new hoes given I have a good job, own my own spot, and essentially have no debt outside of a mortgage. so essentially, I'm able to move around as I please. they be thinking I'm their golden ticket.....
