...not gonna front, i used to listen to wendy and charlemagne on the radio back in the day on my way from class. they would have me crying behind the way they fronted on folks behind their backs and to their faces. i remember her listeners would call up for relationship advice. 76.8% of her advice to them was to leave the other person for whatever reason.
the first couple of times i heard her say it, i thought she must be single or just didn't really care or empathize with the person she just told to leave their significant other. she just let it roll off her tongue like it was nothing and easy for everyone to do.
my perception of her was, damn she's a no nonsense type of woman when it comes to her relationships. some months later, i hear her say she's married. a year or so later, i heard her dude was caught cheating. she stayed with him. this was all back in '07
