Hot water easily I already shower with cold water (it's way better for your pores) even in winter keeps me looking youthful. Now if you said no heating in winter that would be a problem, it's only the first 10 seconds of the cold shower the problem after that your body adapts to the water temp and even relaxes your muscles better than hot showers.

I feel like it'd be easier to deal with Midwest winter with no hot water than Florida summer with no AC.

Not in Arizona, Texas, or Florida.

Those fans will just be moving hot air around making sure you're roasted evenly.

Thats 24/7 torture during the summers, no hot water seems like a small inconvenience in comparison.

I see homeless people Downtown Tampa all the time.... they survive somehow.
