A/c easily. A fan and some ice cold water, cold showers, will do the job. So many ways to deal with having no A/C

I've lived up north during the months of January and Feb. Its cold. You can take a quick shower or bird bath with cold water while the heat pump is heating the house and you'll be OK
Try driving to Publix in a car with no AC in July in Florida and it will make you re-evaluate your life
Take a cold shower then get out to a house with no AC and lie in wetness for the next 8 hours due to humidity
