Though I was a skinny kid at the time I also did two years in Haiti, no AC where I stayed and the academy I attended didn't have any AC either. The weather there is Florida-like but Summers can get a couple of degrees hotter.

Also until I moved out I had to tolerate years of my mom keeping the AC on 78-80

I think a lot of brehs here are underestimating themselves. No AC might put folks in a killing mood but as long as you don't crash out that's an easy 100k.

Idk man you really have to be mentally tough to make it. That kind of heat makes you irritable on crazy levels.

In Dallas back in the summer of like 2012, I swear it was hitting like 105+ daily and my uncle's car A/C stopped working. He was in bumper to bumper traffic one day and got so fed up that he thought about reaching for his pistol when somebody cut him off.

That same day he pulled into a dealership and traded in his car and bought a new one on the spot.
