there's a lot of semantic collision in the smileys now ... both biden and this one have analogs already... not sure how people are making these decisions at this point but I'll take whatever comes in and use it when I like something

I don't mind it since we're just starting out but later down the line they should take out the weaker of the duplicate smileys.
