Unrelated but I hate how inconsiderate people are in public places

I live in the Bronx..I go running at a public track every few days ..and every Monday it’s flooded with trash from people over the weekend thinking that shyt is a camping ground, plus just throwing all their loose food, drinks etc on the ground
