Well, as the new coach, who is fighting a battle that a HoF coach lost to this player who hasn't proved a damn thing but one season, I respect Gruden's decision to check the kid's, and Snyder's, ego. It was Gruden's job to lose, and RG3 and Snyder already said that he was going to be the starter before he proved anything for the new coach.A lot of the athletes that most people here cape for are considered "arrogant" so I'm not trying to hear that.
Gruden started the offseason down for kissing ass, but woke up to the fact the RG3 thought he was entitled to the position. A real QB wouldn't need people caping for him, but would use the Cousins challenge to step up. He didn't and lost. This is the furthest from a Black/Whit thing I've ever seen, and if people want to play this game for Robert, know you're doing it for a Republican that could give 2 shyts about you.
With the whining over dead, entitled weight. If he's actually a good QB after the injury, he'll prove it somewhere else.

I would call them good. had they had a cup cake schedule like the Panthers and AZ, they'd be at home waiting for the divisional round. So yeah,they good but not great.
