My Aunt is a teacher in North Philly.

Anytime you bring up "white supremacy" as to why things are the way they are in her neighborhood, she'll tell you nah it's the parents and choices they make.

Kids showing up with weapons, drugs, smelling like weed, getting cussed out by parents, kids with bruises because they're clearly being abused at home.

And the school she's at only goes up to 5th grade.

I just think it's interesting that somebody actually from there ain't looking at white supremacy to point the finger at.

On a micro-level, these dudes chose to become demons when they could've made the hard choices to make their lives better.

All we can do is get educated, whether by college or trade, put our kids into a better position to succeed, and pass down wealth.

I'm pulling numbers out of thin air, but if 50% of black boys get influenced by the streets, the more we do the above, the more that number drops.
