They're pulling that data from census, USPS, job applications, google, The Phone companies, FB and pretty much anyone else who has no qualms about selling your data/PII (which is pretty much everyone).

Luckily from me I don't put my real info anywhere and they had a bunch of erroneous information mixed with a few pieces of real info.
