black midwest accent is pretty bland. not too proper and awkward like the west coast, not too ;"country" like the south, not too annoying like the east coast

there are a few people in chicago ans stl that sound like they come from the boonies of Arkansas but thats it.

the white midwest/great lakes accent is among the woats though

Boston cacs are terrible and so are Scousers, Cockneys, Mancs, Irish, Scottish and damn near every southern US accent. I'm not a fan of most Caribbean accents either hell i don't even like the accent in Tobago.
