Goosebumps...

My old teacher gave me her son's old Goosebumps books and then i discovered the show being aired on Cartoon Network in 2007 again.

Goosebumps was Fox Kids' answer to Tales from the Crypt.

Are You Afaid of The Dark had creepier episodes, imo. It's actually wild to think some of them made it on a kids Network. The intro was also GOAT and set the tone.

The only Goosebumps episode I can remember that had me :merchant: as a kid was the one with the halloween mask that the girl couldn't take off.

Such a tough call, gotta go with AYAOTD case it had me up late feeling shook after watching it on snick. Goosebumps is classic too tho.
Agreed. But also because I liked watching AYAOTD during the days of SNICK (:mjcry:) and was reading every Goosebump book when they came out.

Fun fact, RL Stine was the head writer of another early Nickelodeon children's classic Eureka's Castle

Side note: Who else collected Monsters in my Pocket when they were kids?

I think the goosebumps books but the AYAOTD show
some of the books were mid ... but a bunch were really good
you'd finish a chapter as a kid... and your imagination would fill in the blanks

AYAOTD would mess me up just at the intro. Goosebumps books were classic junior novels way back though
