A lot of these guys you are mentioning I wouldn't really call goat college prospects as duos. Sure they went on to have success in the league, but some just barely overlapped each other during their careers.
The real GOAT Duo from pure hype and pro prospects were Lienert and Bush. Both Heisman Winners, both at one point in their college careers were thought to go number 1. They were so close to going back to back in the BCS era
