Champs should be given a breather after a lengthy run tbh - not just to give them a rest, but to give the fans a rest and protect the legacy of the run. Charlotte has been unbeatable, not just through interference either, since she convincingly took the belt off Nikki... immediately throwing her to the wolves and having her help 'build' the next champ/contender immediately would basically nullify that whole run. She should disappear for a few months after the rematch with Sasha and come back with a 'renewed attitude' or something.

It *always* pissed me off the way a lot of former champions are suddenly booked as big money jobbers as soon as they lose their belt.

Yup, as soon as she became heel, she really shined. Even with Ric, she still shone: which is hard to do. Look how many people over the years have just seemed like a wooden plank when paired with Ric.

Thats not the point, shes good but they acting like she was carrying the division or bringing credibility to something when the real driving force behind the "revolution" is Sasha Banks. Every NXT Takeover match that recieved rave reviews which led to "the womens division" Sasha was a part of it, and then when they got to the main roster and Charlotte got shoved down everyones throats everyone still chanted for Sasha to be in her place. How u gonna carry a division when everyone knows u aren't the best in said division.

To be fair, Charlotte has only been "good" once she started that feud with Becky earlier in the year. She's been more comfortable/grown once she started feuding with Becky & Sasha. Her feud with Paige/Nikki Bella were god awful. I don't know if it's because she's got such great chemistry with Becky/Sasha or if she's just grown as a performer in the last 7 months. I'm leaning towards the latter because Charlotte has been really good lately

I don't think people understand why Charlottes reign was important. This why they don't let fans book.

Charlotte needed a lengthy reign to give Sasha something to shoot for. It's common sense. People want Sasha to be a Mary Sue so bad. That will kill her wave.
