Perhaps we should be honest about what this chart says. It does not simply say that the STD rate has increased over time, which is what you are trying to portray here.

It concerns the number of diagnoses of STDs. As the site you got it from says, 2 of the biggest reasons the number of diagnoses has increased are that there has been an increase in the amount of testing and in the quality of testing over the time period graphed in your picture. That will naturally make the number of diagnoses go up. In other words, it's not simply a bad thing.

Now, this man, Gallo is advising friends that the easiet way to get an std in france is by sleeping with minority or an immigrant but to get one among the non-minority/non-immigrant population is slim because of their sexual habits. This isnt true. If these women are on birth control, you still need to use protection because the std rate is high enough to warrant it even among the non-immigrant/non-minority population.

No he's right, you're making up stuff now. I also never said anything about France, I said French women. And if we're talking about French women, the chances of unwanted pregnancies and STD are slim for the reasons already given (sex ed, contraception, condom use, less taboo and social stigma).
