I've heard that, but only from Fundamentalists, and you must not know what theological noncognitivism is if you think I know what 'g-d' means. I actually write it that way because, in my view, ANY random 3 characters would mean the same thing as 'g-d'.
So you do not believe the Bible is the infallible word of god its a book like any other book.

And
Not
You
Any

Are all 3 letter characters you used. Could all of those mean god as well

Actually no, that's not what I'm basing it off on. Do your research.

That's what that entire 'story' is based on along with Jeremiah, Judges, and 1 & 2 Kings. The problem is a couple of scholars assumed too much and the text doesn't support their conclusions. Did SOME Hebrews think YHWH had a wife? Yup. Was that demonstrative of ALL Hebrews? Not even close. Matter of fact, the text goes out of it's way to declare that 'Asherah worship' went against the Mosaic Law and tried to eradicate it....

Exodus 34:13-14
1 Kings 15: 13
2 Kings 23:4

Etc....

So, no, YHWH didn't have a wife even though some Hebrews believed otherwise and worshipped her and Baal along with other 'idols'.

Do your research.
