After some investigation, we found out that the game only had a "PS4 Pro Enhanced" tag and it never had a "Only on Playstation" tag. Prior to October 2019, the game did not have any tags at all. So yeah, Sony hasn't removed anything. Here is the store page from October 2019 -> God of War

Not true, Microsoft won this gen already because of its cloud solution which Sony has joined. Nothing has been revealed yet, but expect to hear all about it before they arrive.
