Yeah I would not assume this. In fact I'd say that the way the Delta variant has mutated to develop a higher affinity with the ace receptor has made it stronger because it can replicate a hell of a lot faster now and destroy more cells in the process.

"Approval" =/= 100% safe and you really should see some of the medications "Approved" by the FDA that have more adverse effects than the vaccines and have been available for years/decades.​
