Replacing Nigel Thatch of all the actors on the show is their biggest mistake as he 100% totally embodied Malcolm from the cadence, mannerisms and even down to the head shape, better than even Denzel which was a feat in itself. They really fukked up with this one.
I know it ain't the new guy's fault, but looking at that trailer with him playing Malcolm...meh.
People will say "wait to see it", but he's NOT gonna do better than Nigel Thatch, not even close. We know this. The show should have taken care of Nigel like he deserved, that man could have had his own spinoff series as Malcolm.
The show is gonna be fiyah anyway despite the MAJOR creative liberties it takes lol.

Why did they replace the Malcolm X actor?... He did a hell of a good job first 2 seasons.....

Season one was in 1963 and two was 1964. So if they continue the trend of each season being a year later, then yes, Malcolm is dying this season

Damn they really replaced Malcolm I mean Nigel Hatch was perfect as Malcolm.
I kind of tuned out in season 2 when they turned bumpy Johnson into solid snake. Is season 3 worth watching?
