Above the fray.
The medical bills, though. If anything, that's the reason the family has a gofundme page. From the outside looking in, you can never tell what a family's situation is.

Combat Jack was in his 40s? C'MON ON SON!!!

He was shaving years, he was in his early 50s .
Around the same age my Father was when he passed. That's one of the reasons why his passing and the picture of him with his kids hit me so hard.

Regardless of that, CJ put himself out there as a public figure so people are going to have opinions about him and what he said on air. People should also be cautious of anything that they are donating to in any situation.

I don't know how I feel about this gofundme era. It's my style to see somebody needs help and give it to them before they would even ask and in a manner that doesn't offend them. That's always been my way. Found out after he passed that my father was the same way, because people he helped showed me mad love when he was gone.

All the personal tributes about CJ portray him as the same type of man, so people are going to show love and support to his family.

Breh wasnt planning to go out in his 40s.

Not everyone thinks about death till its staring you dead in the face.

Youre right... Jack shoulda stacked some paper up but he was still young and still grinding

No one seen this comin

This has nothing to do with planning on going out in your 40s

I had life insurance as a single/no kids 21 year old

Black folks need to stop playing and pass something tangible onto their children
Jason Black, Boyce Watkins, Brother Polight, Tariq Nasheed constantly talk about it....but y'all don't wanna hear it

God bless the dead and all...but you can't tell me a lawyer that's mainly dealt with clients and their own dumb decisions didn't do a no brainier like life insurance. Thats right next to not having a 401k/IRA in your 30s...completely irresponsible.

Like brehs I can't make sense of that....I agree with being suspicious :patrice:
