eggs, rice, wheat bread, milk, some type of juice, a couple types of fruit, a couple types of vegetables, and some meat whether it be chicken/beef/fish are what i buy as my main foods



that's my base and around that i buy some snacks, cake, nachos and stuff like that depending on what i'm craving
