I can't run on concrete, shyt fukks up my knees and ankles.

Gotta push past that, I couldn't run on it for a month when I started without pain 10 minutes in. Then got to the point where I would run 13miles at 6am once a week and 6.5 on Fridays. Now I leave for work at 5am so I haven't gone for any jogs for 4 months :sadcam:

Still working out tho :ufdup:
