going on a trip with the fellas with no set plans upon arrival

Going to vegas for 3you days later this month with my boys for a bday. Besides our hotel we dont have anything plan..we are playing it by ear. I personally like to have certain things planned just so i will be set and know what to expect money wise and clothes wise. I guess for night have some dress type styled shorts with some nice jeans or dress pants and then during the day i guess anything is fine
