Got to a relatively empty bar that's open during the day. Find a girl sitting alone, reading or just on her phone. Approach her and strike up conversation about what's good on the menu or what she's reading. You'll find yourself meeting a higher caliber of women, able to understand and have a good convo, and if they're day drinking that plays into your hands.

From there, you gotta get them out of the bar. Anywhere but there - suggest another place to eat or go to the park.

Feel it out, but always be closing. Try and get her to the apartment same day, the phone number is your second option.
