Had iPhones since smart phones became a thing. Tried out some androids and it just feels wierd to me.

My wife got a G6 edge today and I have to say its pretty cool, makes me want to get one just cause its different and I like fidgeting with shyt.

Still dont know if i want to leave the familiarity of IOS(That premium feel:wow:)

But if I was to switch to Android, what should I get ?

I went from a 6+ to an LG G4 and its neck and neck IMO. Expandable memory is a huge plus. The interface is much more clean on this phone than on other Android devices I've used too. To be honest though, I MAY go back to the iPhone, mainly because all my computers at home are Mac and I lean more towards their OS. Just my preference though. Both are phenomenal OS and phones overall. I find the camera on the G4 does take better pictures than the 6+ and shooting in raw with the edit capabilities it has is impressive.

I need some help with this too. I have been using an iPhone 4 (not s). Since it came out in 2010.

I haven't have any problems with it until I finally updated the OS from the stock OS 4 it came with to whatever was most recent 6 months ago (OS 7?). Ever since the update, my phone freezes, slows down and generally sucks now.

I wanted that samsung Mega, and a new one costs about 300 bucks. the specs seem weak, but I only use my phone for email mostly and yelp.

The mega is 2 years old though. Is anything out there that is comparable?

If my iPhone was good for years straight, I don't see why I need to drop 500+ on a phone. I am done with Apple Though.

Note 5 or LG G4 are 2 great candidates choices for android phones right now

Note 5 if you want premium feel and goodies and don't mind the price tag
  • good battery
  • great camera
  • theme store
  • best display currently
  • fingerprint reader
  • Samsung Pay(if you're into that stuff)

LG G4 if you want everything inside of a phone, despite it's flunky, ugly looking user interface(of course this is matter of opinion):
  • good battery
  • good/great camera
  • expandable storage
  • removable battery
  • Leather back
  • Cheaper
