Yo I swear dudes are lined up and taking numbers on the benches on Mondays shyt is crazy.You can go to the gym during peak hours and it not be super crowded as long as you avoid doing anything with weights on Monday. Do cardio on Monday while EVERYONE is using the weights and then the rest of the week will be ok. Oh, and the gym is pretty empty on Friday too.
Same reason why I never do chest on mondays
