Going to the movie theater strapped

I feel like a threshold was crossed on Friday. I've never been one of those shook, the-world-is-dangerous-and-out-to-get-you people, but fukk being a sitting duck in a movie theater. This has me seriously contemplating making my first purchase of a firearm.

Do any of you live in states where you can do this?

If you live in a state that allows concealed carry than by all means you should take the appropriate steps to defend yourself. There's too many thugs and degenerates walking the streets to not own a gun to protect yourself and your family.
