Batman has never beaten a serious Superman in a fight. We've seen numerous times that a serious Superman is an entirely different beast. And Lex Luther would EASILY outsmart Goku and ruin his entire existence. Goku almost got killed by a random heart virus.

For godsakes he just put paws on his son and it was just training..
shyt i would put my money on Perfect Cell or Kid Buu mopping the floor with Superman and Flash..
As far a Lex handing L's to Superman, he stayed outwitting him and using a green rock to his advantage in a street fight is a viable source of giving a Gawd that work..
Flash is a little unpredictable to me, but instant transmission could be a problem for him unless he downloads the information during the fight but even with that Gawdku has a level up that will have him shook..

I don't know why this is even an argument when
1) Flash would not be a factor
2) Many of the DBZ abilities are magic, mystic, spiritual and mental based. All things in which Supes is vulnerable.
3) all they Z fighters would need to do is gather Dtagonballs and wish for an ample supply of Kryptonite ....oh and they could also wish for Radion for the Fourth Worlders.
And lastly 4)GOATKU is simply a better and more talented martial artist than most of the DC universe.
